Ina Kristine Løvdal
Ina's classes create an inner journey towards healing, bliss, peace and empowerment.
She has been teaching yoga since 1998, blending both a dynamic flow practice, influenced by Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vini yoga drawn from the Indian yoga master Krishnamacharya, combined with energetic qigong movements to harmonize the qi flow and yin sequence of long held poses to enhance the connective tissues/meridian systems of the Chinese Taoism and acupuncture tradition.
Ina found her way in to the Eastern healing traditions in 1989 when she started to study Homeopathy at the Norwegian Academy of Natural Medicine for 5 years, and continued with Acupuncture and Medical Qigong studies for 6 years. Travelled to China, studied Acupuncture, Taoist cultivation and medical Qigong with various healers, professors and spiritual mentors, who educated her and deepened her awareness into the complexities of the human psyche and beyond.
She did her first yoga teacher training in Ashtanga with Manju Pattahbi Jois, and further teacher trainings in Virya yoga, Prenatal yoga from Blooma, USA, Pranassage from Nosara yoga, Costa Rica, as well as many workshops and retreats with wonderful teachers, like Irene Hessling, Shiva Rea, Simon Low, Sri T.K. Sribashyam, Ganesh Mohan, Chuck Miller, Maty Ezraty, Mark Whitwell ...
"As we move, breathe and experience ourselves, the yoga practice becomes a Divine dance that deeply connects us with our bodies and heart - our own natural peace, joy and bliss inside."
